Our pre-competitive program, EliteBeat, is made up of athletes who are interested in competitive gymnastics but are not quite ready to join our Junior Olympic program. This group of athletes are 4-10 years old and train level 2 & 3 skills to prepare them to be a future team athlete!

Our compulsory team consists of gymnasts ranging from levels 3-5. Compulsory gymnast learn specific routines set by USA Gymnastics and are designed to build a solid foundation of skills before moving onto the optional levels. Gymnasts at the compulsory level compete throughout northern and central California and can qualify for State Championships.

Our optional gymnastics team consists of gymnasts at levels 6 and up. Unlike the compulsory levels, optional gymnastics does not have specific required routines but rather lets the coach and athlete decide the routines based around certain requirements. This allows for more creative freedom and artistry. Optional level gymnasts compete throughout norther and central California as well as State and Regional Championships.
